Brendan started his career in the Financial District in Chicago after graduating from Northern Illinois University. He began his journey at Chicago Board Options Exchange as a price reporter and from there to the Chicago Board of Trade. At the CBOT he started as a runner for The Chicago Corporation. Brendan spent much of his career working in interest rate futures market and focusing on options. He honed his skills working with market makers, traders and brokers. He advised and executed capital derivative products for a global network of experienced high-volume professionals. He provided value added services as an independent broker to top-tier banks, established and emerging hedge funds, insurance companies, pension funds, mortgage servicers, family offices and proprietary trading enterprises. Brendan encouraged teamwork and strong customer relationships with competence and integrity.

Brendan served as an elected official as a Commissioner at the Cook County Board of Review. Supervised analysts who made judgments on 350,000 yearly property tax assessment complaints. Facilitated seminars throughout Cook County to educate and assist taxpayers on the appeal process. Brendan was contracted by the Illinois Department of Revenue to market and modernize the property transfer tax recording process.

Brendan is a financial advisor representative who is the principal at BFH Wealth Management LLC. In a fiduciary capacity, he develops and reviews financial plans for individuals and families. He has a Series 65 and Life and Health license.

Brendan resides in the Southwest suburbs with his wife, daughter and Labradoodle. Brendan enjoys outside activities, current events and family time.
